Our NW Portland, Oregon, vein clinic is led by Alexander D. Nicoloff, MD, an experienced vascular surgeon who heads a team of ultrasound technicians and assistants to address all your vein care needs. We specialize in providing modern diagnosis and minimal downtime procedures to treat common vein conditions like varicose veins in the office setting that are clinically proven to improve vein health. This specialty vein center is located at 911 NW 18th Avenue in the Futures Professional Center in NW Portland, Oregon. This medical building is located between NW 18th Ave and NW 19 Ave, between NW Kearney Street and NW Lovejoy Street a few blocks from Good Samaritan Medical Center. There is ample on site parking (on the NW Lovejoy Street side or North side of the building). Our office entrance is suite 911, is off the parking lot (North side of the building) on the first floor

Monday: 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. (closed from noon until 1 pm)
