Exercise can make a pretty big difference in preventing varicose veins. Some exercises are low impact and can be done at home.
Every day walk for at least 30 mins to help blood to circulate properly.
Sit on a chair, and with your heels firmly supported on the floor, raise the tips of your feet, lower them, and then raise your heels. Repeat this exercise 20 times on each foot.
Circular Leg Movements!
Put your back on the ground and raise your legs at an angle of approximately 45 degress, Start to turn your leg, making circular movements clockwise. After 20-25 repetitions, do the same thing with the other leg.
